Each year the silent auction raises critical funds to support our students through afterschool programs, grade level class projects, art and theatre programs, and additional resources to support our teachers and staff. This adult-only evening event was held for the first time last year and raised close to $20,000. Please help us continue this tradition of excellence for our children, teachers, staff and community.

This ADULT-ONLY event is open to all Woodlin Elementary School parents, guardians, grandparents, friends, alumni, prospects and supporters!

Child Care

Kids After Hours is offering babysitting services at Woodlin Elementary during the auction, for $15 per child.

Drop-off to the school before heading to the auction as early as 6:15 pm and pick-up as late as 9:45 pm. Pizza and fun will be provided!

If you would like to sign up your child please RSVP to KAH Woodlin director Andrew Wajid-Ali at andrew@kidsafterhours.com, and be sure to include your child’s name, grade, a contact number for the evening, and any allergies your child may have.


Our donation deadline has passed, however we are continuing to ACCEPT DONATIONS UNTIL MARCH 24, provided you can get us the item.

There are so many ways you can help, whether you want to help on the day of the event, or on your lunch break, in the evenings, on weekends, if you have a bit of spare time that you could dedicate to volunteering to help with this event, you could earn a free ticket!

Volunteer Opportunities Before the Auction

Solicit Auction Prizes: If you secure $200 worth of prizes, you’ll earn 1 free ticket. If you secure $400 worth of prizes, you’ll earn 2 free tickets.

Solicit Sponsorships: If you secure $250 worth of sponsorships, you’ll earn 1 free ticket. If you secure $500 worth of sponsorships, you’ll earn 2 free tickets.
