Each year the silent auction raises critical funds to support our students through after-school programs, grade-level class projects, art and theatre programs, and additional resources to support our teachers and staff. This year marks the third time we’ve held this adults-only event, and our goal is to raise more than $20,000 to go directly to our student/teacher programs. Please help us continue this tradition of excellence for our children, teachers, staff and community.

This ADULT-ONLY event is open to all Woodlin Elementary School parents, guardians, grandparents, friends, alumni, prospects and supporters!

NOTE: All website purchases are done on PayPal. Once you click the Buy Now button you will be directed to PayPal.com where you will submit your purchase to the Woodlin PTA. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest.

General Admission: $30 (1 ticket) / $60 (2 tickets)

Advance tickets: Online prepaid tickets are $30 per person. You can specify how many tickets you need once you are taken to PayPal. Upon arriving the night of the event, please check in at the registration table. Tickets at the door on the night of the auction will be $30 for 1 ticket and $60 for 2 tickets.

Rosensteel Open Bar Pass: $10 (1 Bar Pass)

Available at the bar the night of the event for $10

Family Sponsor: $100 (2 Tickets)

This is great way for Woodlin families and extended families to contribute to the auction. Anyone who does not live close by or who can’t attend the event in person can contribute by becoming a Family Sponsor. We also encourage Woodlin families planning to attend the event in person to become Family Sponsors! Family Sponsors will receive recognition by name listed in the auction catalog.

Teacher Sponsor: $28 (1 Ticket)

Treat a Woodlin Elementary teacher, administrator, or employee to one ticket to attend our fundraising auction. Teacher Sponsors will receive recognition by name in the auction catalog. Plus, it’s just a really lovely thing to do!

Volunteer Opportunities

There are so many ways you can help! We can use volunteers now on our auction committee and we also need a crew of volunteers for the day and night of the auction to help us get set up, run things smoothly, and clean up after the party. We would so value your help!

You can also donate an item or service/experience (highly prized!), purchase a family sponsorship, treat a teacher to a ticket to attend the auction, or even become an auction sponsor!
